Showcase who you are to work with, not just where you've worked. Your profile is candidate-owned, and you control who can see the full version.

    Build your profile

    Add a photo, headline, bio, work history, achievements, skills, and upload your CV.

    Claim your URL

    Pick a unique handle so your profile lives at reputake.com/u/your-name.

  4. Step 4
    Add verifiers

    For each role, enter a manager's name, position, company, and work email.

  5. Step 5
    Send requests

    One click sends each manager a secure verification link. No account required for them.

  6. Step 6
    Track progress

    Watch endorsements come in from your dashboard and follow up if needed.

    Share your profile

    Send recruiters and employers your verified link, or print a clean A4 copy for interviews.

For Verifiers

Endorse someone you've worked with

A former colleague has asked you to verify their work. There's nothing to install and no account to create. The whole process takes about a minute.

    Receive the request

    You'll get an email from a candidate you've worked with asking you to verify them.

  2. Step 2
    Open the secure link

    Click the link in the email. No signup, no password, no account required.

  3. Step 3
    Confirm you know them

    Tick the box to confirm you've worked with the candidate in a professional setting.

  4. Step 4
    Rate 5 workplace traits

    Reliability, communication, leadership, teamwork, and accountability. Takes under 60 seconds.

    Endorse specific skills

    Optionally back the skills they've listed and leave a short comment about working with them.

  6. Step 6
    Submit

    Your endorsement is added to their profile with your name, position, and company attached.

For Employers

Request access to a candidate's full profile

Candidates own their profile and approve every access request. Once they authorise you, you'll see verifier names, individual trait ratings, endorsements, and their CV.

    A candidate or recruiter shares their Reputake profile link with you.

  2. Step 2
    Open the teaser

    See a verified summary: headline, traits, and how many managers have endorsed them.

  3. Step 3
    Request full access

    Enter your work email. We email the candidate to ask for their authorisation.

  4. Step 4
    Candidate approves

    Once they approve, you receive a secure access link by email.

  5. Step 5
    Pay the access fee

    Unlock the full profile: verifier names, individual ratings, endorsements, and CV.

    Download or print

    Save a PDF or print a clean A4 copy of the full verified profile for your records.

For Recruiters
